Commercial Kitchen Exhausts Cleaning

Commercial and Industrial Galleys extractions systems accumulate large amounts of grease, oil and smoke residue on the hoods and in the ducts.
Many galley fires have been spread due to dirty exhaust ducts causing serious damage in the galley, injury or loss of life. Consequently Inspection and cleaning on these systems should be carried out at least every six months. Our services include thorough cleaning of the kitchen exhaust system including hoods, ducts until final exit and fans.
We adhere to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard-96, devoted exclusively to ventilation control and fire protection of commercial cooking operations.

FOAMING TECHNIQUE
We have developed a thick foam that by means of special low-pressure applicators is applied in the ducts and distributed throughout the ducts allowing the cleaning of the impellers till the last section of the ducts.
Our foam interacts with the layers of fat removing them thus leaving the inner surfaces clean all along the ducting system. The use of the foam minimizes consistently the use of water reducing leaks and the need for manual intervention.

The few liquid residues are collected at the lower end of the system.
